Lead Time & Order Deadline.  Note that online purchases typically necessitate a lead time of 24 to 48 hours.  Tuesdays by 9:00 p.m. is the deadline to place an order for pick-up on Thursday or Friday. Order Processing.  We initiate the processing of your order immediately upon its arrival. Should any issues arise, we may contact you via phone or email to verify your selections. Email Notification. Once the processing is finalized, you will receive an email confirming your items and the date your order will be available for pick up at the Farms. Farms Market Address. The Farms Market is located at 8624 CR 635, Bushnell, Florida 33513. Operational Hours.  Hours of operation for the pick up of orders are —
    • Thursdays between the hours of 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m., and
    • Fridays between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Should you need to arrange a pickup outside of these designated hours, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Scheduled Pick-Up Date.  On the morning of your scheduled collection date, your order will be prepared with fresh foods. It is crucial to understand that holding these items beyond the designated pickup date will compromise their freshness, and we are unable to refrigerate your order. Therefore, please ensure you adhere to the collection date. If you are unable to collect your order, you may appoint a proxy. Should you choose to do so, please contact us to provide the name of the proxy. New Customers And Proxies.  A driver’s license or photo ID must be presented by both new customers and all proxies prior to the release of an order.

Home-Delivery Service.  We are pleased to provide home delivery for our customers located in Citrus, Hernando, and Sumter counties who place their orders online or otherwise prepay.

Delivery Schedule And Counties.  Our home delivery service for online orders operates on Thursdays between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Notifications.  Customers will receive notifications via email or phone call to confirm the delivery date once the order is processed, as well a reminder will be sent on the morning of delivery.

Fees.  Delivery fees are established based on the delivery location, with charges ranging from a minimum of $5.00 to a maximum of $40.00, depending on the distance from the Farms.

Fees Discounts.  Discounts on delivery fees are available based on the total order amount, with a percentage reduction for every $100 spent.

  • Orders over $300 qualify for free delivery.

The delivery fee and related discounts are automatically calculated during the online ordering process.

We encourage you to collaborate with family and friends to reach the free delivery threshold of $300.  By consolidating your orders into a single transaction, you can enjoy complimentary delivery on your purchase.

Home Delivery Protocol.  If you or another individual is unavailable to receive the delivery, please designate a safe, clean, and pest-free area for drop-offs. In the absence of a recipient, we will document the package’s placement with a photograph and send it to you via text message.

Furthermore, for the safety of our delivery personnel, please ensure that any pets are properly secured.
